Got it though.
A tag is the colored part above your avvie.
You get it from the Tag Fairy (TF) She will give you a tag if she sees something interesting or funny that you posted...or if she just felt like tagging you. (i.e. My pirate quote tag is most likey because of my signature at the time, not because I said something)
She is magical. D: If you get a tag, don't write a new thing under your name or your tag will erase. =O
