Someone Help!

HELP! People keep trying to send me PMs, but they won't go through and I keep receiving e-mails that say "________ tried to send you a PM, but your inbox has reached it's capacity, etc....." *** I have already emptied my inbox and most of my "PM tracking".

Make sure you empty the sent items as well.

I agree with Lisa about checking your Sent Items folder as well. Before you do that though, go to your Private Message Inbox. On the left, just above where the messages would be listed are the words Show Messages From: and then a pull down box (a box with a down arrow on the right side). Click the down arrow and select the beginning at the bottom of the list. This may show some messages that are actually still there that you haven't seen in a while. Be sure and do the same in the Sent Items folder.
