Wow, I see several different ideas with what you said.
It isn't your game...vmk belongs to the Disney company thus making everything copyrighted to them in the game. You cannot place a copyrighted mark in your room and just because your vmk member name is listed as the owner of the room, doesn't make it yours. Consider it like you are renting a room from Disney.
On that same note, no one ever has to ask permission of the owner for anything in order to build off of it. Compare it to a piece of writing. Henry James wrote a story called "The Turn of the Screw". Joyce Carrol Oats wrote a story called "The Turn of the Screw". Both different stories, different authors, same title. However, Oats never asked James for "permission" to print her book. She made it her own. That made it hers. Thinking back to vmk, sure the rooms may have had the same titles, but I'm sure they weren't identical. I'm sure not every piece of furniture was placed as you had them. Everyone is given the freedom to take an idea and make more of it...build it better. THAT does NOT require permission.
That leads on to the idea of what you mentioned last,
"copying takes creativeness?? i think not" That isn't exactly what I said. You scratched the surface. What was "said" was how it takes creativety to take an already great idea and make it greater. For a lot of things that is extremely difficult. To think back to literature, imagine trying to take a Shakespeare play, "Hamlet", and make it your own. It would take one heck of a writer to pull that off.
