Somebody help me PLEASE!! - I can't get in and VMK says I don't exist!

I have been trying to figure out all I tried to get mine back. It is possible that you entered an incorrect birthdate, maybe one for another character. Your account verifies you by your email address and birthday. Hope this helps. I am SneekyTiki on VMK.

I just called Disney Web Support

she could find my kids stuff but nothing for the adult account - not even the one i have now - seems when you sign up as an adult - they cant find your account !?!?!? That makes no sense to me

she said that there is no way to contact vmk outside of the contact us on the vmk home page

I really hope someone can get back to me and help!!! But I am really starting to lose hope

I sincerely hope you get your character back. If you do get a number or someone I would love to know so I can help my friend get his character (Aceseward in VMK) back. Thanks
