Some unsolicited praise for Dreams Unlimited

I'm not sure this sort of thing is allowed, but I posted a similar message on the Cruise board and nobody flamed me, so here goes: I just want everyone on this board to know that I just had a very positive vacation planning experience with Dreams Unlimited (my rep was Marla H.) Without going into details, we ran into a little glitch and my agent stood by her word. I was very favorably impressed and will certainly use them again for future travels.
They are truly a first class operation - which is more than I can say for some companies - and I strongly recommend them unconditionally.

I have used Dreams Unlimited once for a cruise, have them for the upcoming repo cruise in August, and for a possible May-June trip. They do what they promise, they answer emails in a timely manner...very professional, I would recommend them to anyone.

I agree. I have used them quite a few times now over the years, and they have been a joy to work with. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I have to agree! They are wonderful! I can not believe how hard they work and how great the service is! I have always recieved a fast reply to all of my silly questions. Even In worst of times for my TA She has gone out of her way (with some help) to make changes and work on my trip. I can not say enough good things about Dreams Unlimited!

DU rocks. I first used them for a fairly complicated trip (six of us, three rooms, different arrival and departure days, added nights, varying party sizes for PS) and it was all flawless.

I am now on my third booking with them and Tricia is just spectacular.

DU agents are friendly and very knowledgable.

I have used DU 3 times, 2 times for rooms and one time for a cruise. They are very good. As far as your rep, I met Marla in WDW a few years ago,. She is as nice in person as she is on the boards and as a DU Agent.

I have had wonderful experiences with my rep, SueEllen. I have changed my plans SO many times and she always answers emails right away and puts up with my changes.
