some type of gift card/cash card?

I have searched and found that they do not do gift cards, but will Disney and places around Paris take some type of pre-paid card? Our bank card will work in the states, and where we live now ( Germany) but shuts off in other countries, even if we call ahead. I do not want to carry cash, so is there any other option for us?
