Some Snow Pictures

Now doesn't that look like a set from Narnia. These were taken in my backyard and on the trail through my neighborhood. Yep, those are color shots, didn't mess with saturation or anything. It was very surreal walking through the woods and absolutely silent.

I have a rather old, 3 meg camera, but it did OK. I really want a digital SLR. I may go looking at them today.

Oh my goodness that is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! You were able to capture so much detail!!! My toes got cold just looking at this!
What part of the country are you in? I'm in Northern VA and we just had 7" this weekend. Ours was as beautiful but I'm more suburban that you are and by the time I got outside with my camera my kids and all the neighborhood monkeys had run amuck and it just wasn't the same.
