Some Rooms May Include...

I just booked club level at RPH and while looking at the website, they describe their club rooms as "Some Rooms May Include Upgrade and enjoy the perks of the Club Level Lounge...."

I booked club level thinking we would get the lounge benefits. Am I mistaken do some Club Level rooms NOT include the lounge benefits??

You will be fine. All club level rooms include the lounge benefits.

I read from the website....Why not treat yourself? Upgrade and enjoy the additional perks and privileges of a Club Level room or suite. Unwind at the private Royal Club Lounge with continental breakfast, afternoon beer, wine and snacks. Take advantage of the concierge service, and shape up with unlimited use of The Gymnasium fitness center.

I see (from googling) where you're seeing that.

FWIW, if you click on the Kid's Suite room type, you get:

Some rooms may include the following:

Our Jurassic Park Kid Suites let mom and dad have a little privacy, and the kids have some fun! With a standard king bedroom for the adults plus a separate room for the kids, there’s plenty of space for the whole family. The two separate rooms are connected, and feature a single exterior entrance to the adult room.

etc etc.

They seem to be using "some rooms may include the following" as a really awkward and inappropriate segue phrase.


The point of a suite is that you get a suite. The point of a club level room is that you get access to the club. Don't worry about it.

I can't cut and paste it, but it is through the universal studios website. I went under hot deals or something and picked a package. Then upgraded the room to club level. When you click on the description of club level room, it clearly states Some rooms may include....

Ya, I did that too...I think in their effort to save space, they shortened things up too much. No matter though, club is still club.

Great! My DD8 loves the club level. She thinks it's the coolest thing ever to walk in there and just get food when she wants without paying for it. I don't think she has grasped the concept that I pay for in the reservation! It's all good though. We are grazers in our family so club level meets our needs. I was just worried that maybe I had to specifically request the lounge in our reservation. Thank you all!
