Just back from our 6 day trip. Had a wonderful time. We didnt make as many priority seatings as usual but here are reviews of some of our meals.

Ohanas- Always one of our favorites! I love all the appetizers( salad, mixed veggies, shrimp wontons, rice, sticky chicken wings)
The skewers of meat were cooked perfectly, although the steak was a little rare for my taste. The shrimp is my favorite! And dont forget to use the sauces they bring for your meat. The peanut sause is great. We finished up with the pineapple and caramel and left stuffed. Paul. our waiter, was very friendly and funny too!

House of Blues- I had the shrimp Po'Boy which is a shrimp sub sandwich. It was pieces of fried shrimp with a spricy mayo. My sandwich came lukewarm so i wasnt sure if i was supposed to be eating it hot or cold. I just wasnt thriled with it. However, DH loved, and I mean loved, the seafood gumbo. Had I known it was going to be that good, I would have gotten it too!
And the white chocolate banana bread cake I got for dessert was out of this world!

Chef Mickeys- Always consistent, we go here for dinner every trip. DH goes for the prime rib! He says nobody makes better prime rib than Chef Mickeys. Im happy with a plateful of those parmesan mashed potatoes. Our meal was good, as usual.

Crystal Palace breakfast- We always go here each trip too. I think its one of the better breakfast buffets! I love the breakfast lasagna they serve. Its like a casserole type of dish with fruit in it, very sweet but my favorite! I remember it having peaches and apples in it. This time it had strawberries and they tasted burnt. The whole thing was dry and not good. So, the other things on the buffet were good and they had made to order omelets too. DH said his food wasnt very hot either. So, all in all, not one of our better trips to CP.

San Angel Inn- We had dinner here. The salad with cilantro dressing was delicious! I ordered the mahi mahi. It was in a red sauce and very tender. It just wasnt overly flavorful.
DH ordered the combination platter and described it as "ok" and not very filling. DD didnt care for her quesadilla, too many onions, and ended up eating my fish.
Our waitress, Maria, was very friendly and helpful. I wont say our meal was bad because it wasnt. It wasnt great, except for the salad, but it wasnt terrible either.

Matsunoma lounge in Japan- We love this place to grab some sushi, an iced green tea and relax and watch the crowds go by.
The sushi is always good and the waitresses are always friendly.
We always make this our first lunch stop when we go to Epcot!
You can now order tempura items as well.

Flame tree BBQ- Always get the chicken salad sandwich here! Unfortunately, they dont have it anymore. They do have a salad with chicken and ranch dressing served in a tortilla bowl.I orderd that and was happy with it. I like to sit outside in that secluded area and enjoy my lunch too.

Pecos Bills- Good place for a burger in MK. DH likes the fixin's bar. I had a salad with chicken, cheese, veggies and a lime dressing. Filling and good!

Olivias at Old Key West- Stopped in here for breakfast. DH omelet was so filling he was stuffed for most of the day. My french toast was delicious and the bacon was cooked perfect! We like our bacon crispy and it seems like, in Disnet, they cook it crispy without us having to ask for it that way! Im sorry we didnt get to try dinner there!

We had lots of snacks- Dole pineapple float, toll house ice cream sandwich from Main Street bakery, beaver tail. All were delicious!

Thanks for reviews. I am really looking forward to that toll house ice cream sandwhich in a few weeks.

Wow... I am starving after reading that!

I have never tried the flame tree at DAKL... eachtime we have been there we have gone to the Rainforest cafe... I am not even sure where it is in DAK...

Can you tell me a little more about the secluded seating area?

Thanx

Sounds like you had some great meals! thanks for posting!

Good reviews.
Olivia's is one of those under-rated restaurants that would probably have more of a following if it were located more near the center of the action. Most of it's customers are folks already staying at OKW.
