hey!!
mly family just got a dvc at kidani village and were planning to go for the first time august of 2010. we are getting a one bedroom savannah view. im soo exited but i have some questions.

first of all what do you think of the villas overall.
what are the views like? what do you see? are there always animals or do they hide most of the time?
is it noisy?
is the pullout and sleeper chair comfortable?
how are the bathrooms? are they nice? how is the shower? are there mirrors in the bathrooms?
how is the busing are there long waits?
what is the pool like?
and what is the community hall?

Just back. We had a 'wow' experience. I'm still basking in the afterglow.

The pullouts are a bit hard, but the one night I spent on it I still slept like a baby.

The views are wonderful. The animals may go inside for checks in the mornings, and are back around noon or so. The anacole cattle herd tend to stay on one side (I have it from someone who knows that they are there to stay away from the wildebeasts) the rest of the animals wander around. giraffes tended to stay towards the center, but they would wander under our window every once in a while. The zebras move around, as did the ostriches. The wildebeasts tended to stay towards the center or over on the other side. All of the animals tended to wander away when the poop truck came around in the morning. The new savanna opened when we were there. We only saw it from the pool, so I can't tell you much about that. Keep in mind that the savannas are designed to be the animals homes, so they are not necessarily 'on display'.

The bathroom was amazing.

The pool was fun, really liked it.

Bus times are about the same as any other resort. Sometimes good, sometimes slow.

The community hall is an area that you can go an play games and such. There are game tables, a large tv set up with a Wii, and such. You can borrow basketballs for the sports court, etc.

We also liked the library. Nice place to hang out.

Sanaa was outstanding, and I don't like Indian food. The service was the best I've ever had anywhere. (We were the first customers of the day, and got the welcome song and were totally catered to!)
