Some questions about Epcot and alcohol

Hi I am going to Epcot in May. I haven't been there in 6 years so I'm sure things have changed. I want to know if you can buy alcohol at all the dining places or just the table service restaurants. I have read you need to make a reservation months in advance for the dining establishments, but I am going solo so I would feel ridiculous making a reservation for a party of 1  While I like beer, I love margaritas and long island iced tea, do any of the places sell these?

Thanks in advance!

IMO, adult beverages are plentiful in Epcot.

Beer, wine, frozen margaritas, alcoholic slushes, etc. can be found in the kiosks around World Showcase.

No worried, there are no shortage of places to find alcoholic beverages around WS without stepping foot into a restaurant!

Alcohol flows freely in Epcot ... :thumbsup2

I admit that we find it annoying in Canada that it's nearly impossible to find alcohol unless you go to Le Cellier (buying Labatt's from the popcorn cart is not an option ... we wants Unibroue products!).

And we find it really amusing that all the really interesting alcholic options in Norway are only available at the Princess Character Meal. I would love to try aquavit, either on its own or mixed into a tasty cocktail, but there is no way in hell that we are ever eating at Akershus while it's a character meal.

Remember they also have Moosehead there too.

La Fin is worth the inconvenience though.......

Oh yes, you will be able to find alcohol, although mainly in the WS. ( I have seen a Bud booth in FW near Mission to Mars )

You will be able to get Margaritas at the Cantina San Angel. This is right outside the Mexico pavillion with a nice view of the WS Lagoon. Norway and China have kiosks opposite their pavillions as well, but no seating. Germany has a kiosk near the back of their pavillion right before you enter the resturant and a wine shop. Italy has a wine store which also sells wine by the glass. The American Adventure has a kiosk by the stores, Japan sells sake in the back of their main store and I have seen beer sold, but not sure if it is in the same space. UK sells beer near the Rose and Crown and as a pp said Canada sells Labatts at their popcorn cart.

We're not too fond of Moosehead.

Do you know if Le Cellier has a bar? We'd be perfectly happy stopping in for a beer in a "go-cup" if they'd serve us that way. The things we do for good beer ... :rotfl2:

Not a full list by any means.......

Canada - LaBatts, Moosehead
UK - Harp, Bass, Guiness, Boddington, Stella, Ciders, Black & Tan
France - 1664 - plus wine & lots of slushie stuff (don't touch it)
Morocco - Casablanca
Japan - Kirin, Saki
USA - Bud, Sam Adams
Italy - Peroni & wines
Germany - Heffeweissen, Spaten
China - Tsing Tao, Yeungling (I know)
Norway - Carlsberg
Mexico - Dos Equis and Margaritas

There are lots of specialty drinks all over too - but I prety much stck to beer and an occasional wine.

No bar in LeCellier. But there is a kiosk on the World Showcase Promenade that sells beer.

They don't have a bar but you can go to the restaurant check in counter and they'll get you beer to go - I know they have La Fin because I get it that way all the time - not sure what else they have though. Good luck. Good beer is always worth the effort, but I love Moosehead. You may want to go to Big River and try the beer flight there. :drinking1

Beverages are plentiful in EPCOT, don't worry about that.

Also, don't worry about being a single...just enjoy yourself, dine and drink where you want.
(The bar at Flying Fish and Big River are two great spots to dine alone)

No bar at Le Cellier. I have looked for that info, myself, because there is no way on earth I want to go through what's necessary to get a reservation there, if all I really want is the booze anyway.

Try the Mango Gingerita at the Chinese pavilion! If, that is, you like ginger. I love ginger. I will never buy at the Mexican margarita stand again as long as they have these.
