The dinner vouchers with your meal are those worth it?

If you are asking about the dining plan then after using it for Christmas I can say the nicest thing about it was that all the food was paid for before the trip.

In order for it to work well for you and not lose money you need to really plan well since you cannot get change for the vouchers.' We did manage to spend every dime but sometimes had to shell out a dollar or two on top of the vouchers to use all of it. Like when getting ice cream we also bought a bottle of water for the backpack to use up the change and paid an extra 50 cents over the voucher. Our total in overages for 5 days was around $20

For our next trip in order to get our favorite benefit the food being prepeid we are getting one Disney Gift card with the same amount of $ we would pay for the Dining Plan and using that for all our food. Bonus is if there are extra $ we won't lose them we can souvineer shop with it on our last day.

They only pre-pay for your meals. You will not save money and can in fact loose money by buying/using the vouchers.
