Has the DVC construction been an issue for you? Is it even visible from where you are?

Hope you're having a wonderful time! Looking forward to more pics when you have the time.

Having stayed in that exact room before, that room actually is the furthest of all the rooms "inside the park". If they stick their heads out the bedroom balcony that overlooks the Redwood Expedition attraction, they might be able to catch a glimpse of the construction, but they are pretty well sheltered. Their other balcony is directly over the area where the country band plays - about 100 feet from the entrance to Grizzly River Rapids. Pretty spiff.

Ok sorry I have not got more pics up..we were in the park a lot on Sunday and slept in Monday to pack, eat breakfast @ storytellers than I met with our DVC guide (we joined last month via phone). We wanted to see the Villas for DVC..OMG we are already on the list to buy before we even saw them, and now we cannot wait!!! They are amazing!!! Full kitchens, laundry, 2bathrooms (this was the 1bedroom) If you have time you should go look at the models!! We have a great guide (he actually met us at midnite @ GCH with our premium park passes) and has been very helpfull..we found out yesterday that he was the one who requested the turn down for us!!! I was shocked!! He said it was his first time doing that (hes the one who got us the suite after I was told they were sold out of them) His mom works for DVC and said they can do a lot of stuff like that, anniversarys, birthdays, etc.. that is so cool.

I could see the construction, but noise was never an issue!


When I get into my office I will post more pictures!!!

The suite had 2 rooms adjoining it. I do not have pictures of those, maybe someone else does??

disneyluvbug: I'm glad to hear you had such a good time. I'll definitely take a walk over to look at the model DVC..even if it's just to dream.
