Some photos disappeared from Memorymaker/Photopass account

Hi all,

We got home from our trio over a week ago. I had 373 pictures, then I added some boarder/made some copies and my picture total was 882. (I still have not downloaded my pictures yet.) I did not go on the disney site for several day and then Last night and this morning I signed on and I only have 361 photos, i'm wondering what happened to my pictures. I couldn't call c/s last night as they close at 6PM. Has this happened to anyone?

Just call them - I have never had this happen but I have had someone else's photos turn up in mine without mine being there. They were able to pull everything for me with no issues - as long as you are within your 30 day window you should be fine.

Actually even if you are outside your window you should be fine - I just remembered that a few years ago one of my kids had a medical issue around the time our photos expired. I emailed them and explained what had happened at least a week after the expiration and they were able to pull every photo for me.

If you know what photos are missing, use this link to report and you will be able to get them back. I've had had several photos not link and they were back within a day or two

It happened to me last year and a few years back. I called the customer service. They did recover some but at all. I asked for extra time for editing and was given 2 extra weeks.

I called and they asked my what pictures were missing!?! They said they have no way of finding out which I think is ridiculous.

I'm here now and someone else's photo showed up on my photopass. Plus most locations at the Magic Kingdom were having issues with photopass being offline.
