So me and bestlittlelauren were in central plaza and this guy said something gross and I can't repeat it here so I said gross. Then this guest came up to me and told me to shut up and I said no. Then the guest went back and said that disgusting word and I said gross again and he started saying bad things to me. bestlittlelauren decided to leave. The guest continued saying bad things to me like "leave you big but with a red point". I was wearing a santa hat at the time. I reported him everytime he said something. He was also saying bad things to other ppl, but most of it was targeted at me. He kept going up to me and I kept going away from him and telling him to stay away from me. He said make me you ugly face. bestlittlelauren eventually came back and said that she would report him to and she also wrote down his guest number. I messaged CL_PirateSteff saying that she had no idea what was going on and she said it sounded interesting and came. The guest was still saying mean things especially to me. A lot of ppl reported him. One girl said she reported him ten times. When ever I told him that I reported him he said he didn't care and staff wasn't going to do anything about it. I kept reporting him with every bad thing he said. He cursed at me alot and kept calling me something with a red point. Most of the time it was a curse word. He also cursed at other ppl. A lot of ppl saw this and reported him. Eventually he left and then came back and said sorry. A lot of ppl including me said that sorry isn't enough for what he did. CL_PirateSteff said that staff doesn't care that he is sorry. He told everyone to say i if we didn't like him. I said i five times and alot of other ppl said i. Then he thanked all the ppl that didn't say i and asked to say i if we like him. Me and alot of other ppl said not i. He kept leaving and coming back and saying sorry. One time he brought a friend with him that was in the room before and told her to say bad things. So they start saying bad things again especially to me saying things like i was ugly. I kept getting away everytime they came up to me sometimes using teleportation magic. One time the girl said everyone in the room was ugly. I also reported this girl with everything she said. One time they left and didn't come back for a long time so we thought they weren't coming back. Then they came back and started saying mean things again. Then the girl left and came back a few seconds later and said sorry asked if everyone forgave her. We all said no. After they left I said that they were on top of santa's bad list and they are getting alot of coal. bestlittlelauren said they are not even getting any coal. I said that guest is on the very top. They are on bestlittlelauren's list of mean ppl. After a while they didn't come back and we knew they weren't coming back. Everytime we hoped that they were banned. And whenever they came back we were bummed because obviously they weren't banned. At one point this girl asked the guest to say more bad things so he could get band. We all still hope that the guest get banned forever.

Yea I did that I forgot to mention that. Then he left and when he came back I could hear his chat again and I forgot to ignore. How long does ignore work?

There are so many ppl who do this and even if everyone in VMK reported that one person VMK doesn't really care all they say is just ignore them but once they leave the room the ignore is no longer there.I think VMK should think about this and see if at least 5 ppl report that one person he/she should get ban.

Then someone could try and get a few mules, or at least alternate characters, together and say "If you don't give me (insert rare item here), I will report you and you will get banned." Maybe instead of an immediate ban, several reports on the same incident would make the person not be able to speak (maybe with a little mute symbol on them like the trade symbol) while staff reviews what has happened in that room or what the reported character has said for the last few minutes. If the report is false or the character was threatened, the person who made the false report would at least be warned, and everyone else could continue what they were doing. If the person was not following values they could then be banned. While staff was reviewing the matter the mute player should stay muted even if they go to another room or instance.
