1. What do people normally wear to breakfast?

2. What is the number to call to see what movies will be playing?

3. Is there anything that I should pack that might be needed for family activities (ie costumes?)

4. This is a tough one....my sil is allergic to Tide. Does anyone know what detergent they use on board?

Thanks...and I'm sure I'll still have more!!

Shorts, t-shirts, polo shirts, getting ready for a day of sun and fun.

2. What is the number to call to see what movies will be playing?

sorry, don't know

you will want to bring some caribbean clothes for tropical night or do what we did and buy some on the islands. they don't always have larger sizes though, so take that into consideration if your DH may be a bigger size, not a lot of XL's available or at least that I saw. pirate costume for "Who wants to be a pirate" or princess gown if girls go to Tea or meet the princess'. if you do a talent thing or have a favorite karaoke song you do.

4. This is a tough one....my sil is allergic to Tide. Does anyone know what detergent they use on board? Laundry? Who's doin' laundry??? :) sorry, don't know that one either.

Bring 'em on!

not sure what they use but I am very sensitive to detergents.. have to have special ones when go to hospital etc.. and I had no problem you can always ask them to do a special wash for you. on carnival I hada problem 1st night with sheets and the cabin steward had them washed and then double rinsed and it worked fine.. I was just on the wonder and had no problems though..

1. At the Deck 9 buffet, you might even see people in what looks like jammies (and just might be). In the Triton's, it will usually be shorts. They do make you wear shoes and shirts at the buffet.

2. Movies are listed in your Navigators that are provided the evening before. I don't know if there's a number to call, but you can always push the button for guest services.

3. We didn't take costumes, but our kids were older (between 8-11 when we cruised). If you want to snorkle, you can take your own gear. It does take up lots of room though. I took a few blow up rafts/rings for CC primarily so I could find my kids (all those blue mats and clear rings look alike!). If your kids are big beach toy fans, you can take some of your own. I've been told that they do have a limited amount available for free at Scuttle's Cove. And of course, you can buy some at the store on CC.

4. No clue on the detergent. You can call the DCL info line, and they should be able to help you there.

1. What do people normally wear to breakfast?

CASUAL CLOTHES.

2. What is the number to call to see what movies will be playing?

THEY WILL BE IN YOUR NAVIGATOR EACH NIGHT PRIOR TO THE DAY THEY SHOW.

3. Is there anything that I should pack that might be needed for family activities (ie costumes?)

AGREE WITH PREVIOUS POSTERS. BRING A LIGHT JACKET/SWEATER TO THE BUENA VISTA THEATRE - USUALLY IT'S PRETTY COLD.

4. This is a tough one....my sil is allergic to Tide. Does anyone know what detergent they use on board? DON'T KNOW, but WE PURCHASED SMALL BOXES OF DETERGENT OF OUR CHOICE AT OUR LOCAL LAUNDRAMAT FOR 50 CENTS EACH PRIOR. DID NOT USE THEM, BUT THEY WERE SMALL AND PACKED EASILY. YOUR SIL COULD GET THE DETERGENT OF HER CHOICE.
