So, my 180 day mark is coming up soon, and I'm getting ready to start booking our first 10 days of ADRs.

We're going in April/May, and I know we'll have a bit of leeway with most of our choices, but the things I want to get set in stone are CRT and Be Our Guest. I've only booked ADRs online before, just a couple of days ahead of our required date. How do I go about doing it 180+10 days out? Should I phone?

If I phone up the American reservations line will I need an American booking reference for my trip? Will WDWTC UK set me up with this if I give them a ring beforehand?

Also, what's the time difference and when do the lines open? Want to be on the phone as soon as they open to try and secure CRT.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :) Apologies for all the questions, and thanks in advance!

Firstly, don't panic! CRT is no where near as difficult as it used to be - even a few days in and you will still be fine.

Ring or email Disney UK and get your US reference. You can then book online (from 11am) or by phone from noon. If you book online under where you select the date required there is a link to click to link your booking. If you forget and select a date more than 180 days out it prompts you for it :thumbsup2

Answered loads of questions I had about ADRs too :) thanks a mill for your help!

This is great info thank you. How do you go about the 180 days + 10. Am I being thick or is that 190 days? Is that 190 days from day 1 of your stay and if so do you therefore need to book one a day for 14 days before your 14 night holiday is all ADR'd up ?

Sorry if I am being completely silly, I can't quite get my head around it x

You can book 10 days of ADRs at 180 days before check in. You would need to book for the next 4 days for a 14 night holiday or wait 4 days and book all at once

I just have two more questions that I thought I'd add here rather than create a new thread:

Rose & Crown and IllumiNations: what time should we try and get an ADR for if we want to watch IllumiNations?

And Le Cellier at Epcot: is it still 1 TS for Lunch and 2 TS for Dinner? Or is it 2 TS for both now?

TIA :thumbsup2

Can I ask a quick question too that's been bugging me?

What happens if you book through someone else, like Virgin or Travel City Direct (in our case)?

Are you still able to do the 180 +10 thing for booking reservations as you're still on Disney property, or is that reserved for those who book directly with Disney only?

If the former, will Travel City Direct automatically give me the US Reference number? Or would I have to ask for it?

Sorry to hijack!

I think our time was about 7:30pm, slightly late going in, ate entree then went out to watch Illuminations, back in to eat dessert, perfect.
I believe Le Cellier lunch is 1 credit til the new DDP brochures comes into effect 1st Jan.
This years brochure still says 1 credit http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/me...alog/WaltDisneyWorld/en_us/PDF/2012Dining.pdf

Many say they can't get it at 180+10, I guess you will have to hassle them to try get it.
