I'm glad some of this has been released....would have nice to know before I booked MNSSHP on the nights of things I would like to do.... :guilty:

Seems pretty much like last year, especially the "SPECIAL EXHIBITIONS".

I can't wait for the food and wine demo schedule to come out. But that isn't going to happen soon.

we have PS for CG on 10/2 already with our dining plan - will this chef be cooking only for specific people - how does that work I wonder??

Which or what F & W festival 'event' is your PS in conflict with?? :)

Okay...there are only two things that could possibly fit into my schedule...a Food and Wine Pairing, and a Lunch and Learn. Has anyone done these? I wonder which would be the better choice if I could only do one? It certainly would help if there were more details huh?

The food and wine pairings I've enjoyed consistently the most were at Coral
Reef and Le Cellier. I think those are the only venues with a rotating menu
(but I might be wrong). I thought I heard that the menus stayed the same
at the other food and wine pairing locations.

Anyway, that being said, I've done the Lunch and Learn two years ago with
Rick Bayless and last year with Brooke Vosika. They were both amazing. If I
had to choose, I'd pick Lunch and Learn over the food and wine pairings.
It's like having Emeril cook for you like he does on TV, but you get to take
home the recipes and try them yourself.

I do enjoy the food and wine pairings, and I do believe those are the best
bargain of the special events. But I'll always choose L&L's first.

I loved the beer dinners! The first one a couple of years ago at Rose and
Crown was so much fun, and I thought it was wild that I ended up doing the
Samuel Adams "domestic" dinner in the American Adventure VIP room.
(The Reedy Creek Fire Dept wasn't as thrilled, as some of the cooking set off
the smoke detectors! LOL)

I won't be at WDW the week Jim Koch will be there, but I'd rather do the $55
meal anyway
