...who signed up for the September Exercise Challenge, but haven't logged any minutes yet...
Consider this a friendly push from someone who needs a push now and then to work out. I'm sure you had good intentions when you initially signed up for the challenge. We are all rooting for you!!
I always check every day, to see my own minutes as well as how other people are doing. I think there are 12 or 13 or so with no minutes recorded. Maybe you are exercising and adding them up for a weekly number. Maybe you're too busy with the craziness of life. Maybe you're still hunkered down in Florida.
But some of you may not have a great excuse and I'm here to give you a big dose of motivation and encouragement.
from a fellow WISH'er. Give it a shot! Only 5 days have passed, there are still 25 days left to exercise and work toward your goal. Don't give up at this point. Any progress toward your healthy life is so important!
Hope this doesn't come off as preachy...believe me, I am the LAST person to tell others what to do! I'm just trying to help out as this group is always helpful to me. Have a wonderful day everyone!!!

Not good! I'm committing myself this week to getting back on track with both the food and exercise and working on getting those pounds gone for the Thanksgiving challenge and also working toward that 1000 minutes!
