We are going to BOG in November ( our first time at the parks since BOG has been open). We went and did ADR for a 1:55 lunch.

1. Are ADR for lunch here needed?
1a.) Does the ADR reserve a table for your party that they accept ADR for this QS meal?

2. If we have reservations at a restaurant and some of our party shows but a few decide not to- will the CC be charged 10 per person that does not come?

You do need an ADR for BOG lunch, but it is set up like quick service. You go through the line and either check your pre-order or order from a kiosk. You then find your own table and a few minutes later they bring your food based on the GPS of your magic band (or rose if you don't have a magic band).

You won't be charged a no show fee if at least some of your party arrives for an ADR.

1. Absolutely, an ADR is necessary for BOG.
1a. Treat it just like a TS in terms of ADR.
2. No 'no-show' fee is charged unless the whole party does not attend .

BOG is somewhat unique. You are not reserved a table, but you ain't getting in without an ADR 99.9% of the time. You find your own table.
