Some Dining Q's

Sorry for asking these here but I've been given the impression that the restaurants board can be harsh to people asking basic questions and I think these are!

I've been looking at some menus on allearsnet and would like to try the "Beaches and Cream" restaurant at the Yacht & Beach club, here are my Q's:

1, Can people staying off site actually eat in resort restaurant? If no, then all the other question's are void!

2, If you can eat there, how do you get there? (We'll have a car or could use any of the Disney transport.)

3, Is Beaches and Cream a sit down place? Should I make a PS?

4, I've already made one PS for the Plaza and have a reference number. If I called to make one for B&C, can I use my ref number and book them both under the same name or is it two seperate numbers?

I will have a go at this one from my experiences. Hope they are up to date!!!

1. Yes, people staying off site can eat at resort restaurants.

2. We have driven to the resorts and said that we are eating there and there hasn't been a problem Think we needed some id and a ref no. at the security gate.

3. Beaches and Cream is a sit down place but is very small. When we went last year you couldn't make a ps for there, you just had to turn up and wait. We had a great meal there, it was great fun and we had a lovely evening on the Boardwalk.

4. I think you will get seperate ref no.s for each meal

Please anyone correct me if I'm wrong!!!!

We have never stayed on site but have eaten at resort restaurants. It was Fab!!!

I hadn't realised that the Yacht & Beach Club was near to the Boardwalk (we've never been to either) but looking at the map of WDW that lives on my dining room wall, they're next door to each other! We were planning on having an evening looking around the Boardwalk so this is perfect.

Theu have these great surrey bikes that you can ride round the Boardwalk on. It was so musch fun. We were both laughing so hard, some nice strangers had to push us!!
