Some Dining Plan Questions

Using the Dining Plan:

1) Is the Thai Tea at Morimoto Asia included?
2) The desserts at Morimoto say "dessert for two" on the menu. Does that mean we HAVE to share?
3) Are the smoothies or lattes included at Kona?
4) Is the Patriot Punch included at Liberty Tree Tavern?

2: If it's for two, generally it means both people need to devote their credit to it, or else not get it.

3: Yes.

4: No. If it has a price on the online menu, it's not okay as a buffet beverage on DDP.
