Some dates still not open in August 2004, Eastern?

I have a reservation for April, 2004 that I tried to change to the August 7, 2004 Eastern and was told that the Eastern dates for August and September, 2004 are still not open. Just trying to confirm if that is correct. I do see the 8/7/04 date offered on the DU site. Any info is much appreciated. Thanks.

That is correct, those eastern dates have not yet opened up.

The Med plans have been scrapped. From what was posted earlier, DCL had let both ports know that they weren't planning on needing the docks because of the planned Med cruises and when they scrapped that, the ports had already filled the berths.
