Some castle club questions?

Hi, we are staying at Castle Club next year.
we will be arriving at the hotel at about 12.30. I was wondering if our room is not ready will we still be given the card for the lift and be able to use the lounge until our room is ready?

Also I have read that there is chocolates, and a cuddly toy left in the room for castle club guests on arrival. is this true, or is just for special time of the year like Christmas or new year?

I can only speak for ourselves but we arrived also around twelve.
They checked us in and we became and a temporally key. When your room is readdy you get another key. Its also your roomkey.
We could make use of the lounge ,that was no problem at all.

About the gifts I cant help you. We went the Christmas days and in our room stood a lovely Mickey and a box of chocolats.
I don’t know if this is always so or just a one time event.
The chocolates on the bed come with the room and its a lovely gesture for the guests.

We were there Halloween 2005. We arrived around 12.30 and our room was ready (we did get the key for our room/the elevator); we did not get any toy or chocolat.
When we were in Hotel New York March 2006 our daughter (10) got a cuddly toy (our son was 12 and an adult in Disney so he did not get a toy).
