Some ADRs showing - others not

My ADR window opened up on March 2nd and like many others it would only let me book the 180 days out but not + 10. So I ended up calling in to make my ADRs. So I called in on March 2nd for most of them and then March 3rd for another 3 ADRs. Well, the 3 ADRs I made on March 3rd I can retrieve online but all of the ones I made on March 2nd, I can't. I do have all my confirmation numbers, so should I be concerned about the ones I can't retrieve? Or do you think I'm o.k. as long as I have my confirmation numbers? :confused3
 
I also never received an email for the adrs I booked on yesterday over the phone. I did write down the numbers and when I put in my resort confirmation at disneyworld.com, they all came up there. You can also enter them manually there and they should show up in a nice little list.
 
I have this same question... I made ADR's on the 18th (over the phone) and have all the conf. numbers, but I did not receive an email conf. and I'm also unable to pull up ANY of the ADR's online. To worry or not to worry? I hate calling b/c of the international rates, but I will if ppl think it's necessary... thoughts?:confused3
 
Hmm, I didn't know others weren't able to retrieve their ADRs. I can't even retrieve them manually. The only ones I can retrieve manually are the ADRs I made over the phone on March 3rd. The ones I made over the phone on March 2nd I can't retrieve manually. I hate to call as it is long distance for me too but I have a feeling that I'm left with no choice but doing so just for piece of mind. I would hate to show up for a reservation only to have them tell me they can't locate it.
 

Well to update - I called yesterday to try find out why I can retrieve some ADRs manually and not others. It turned out that they hadn't linked them to my cell phone or any number for that matter but that they were all there. It's a good thing I called because they put those ADRs that I couldn't retrieve under my DHs name (we have different last names) even though I was the one who booked them all. Don't ask me how that could have happened. The CM couldn't change them to my name without canceling them and I didn't want to take the chance of losing them. It would have been truly funny to show up for an ADR, use my name and be told there is nothing under that name. Oh well - at least they are there and I have been able to retrieve them all - I just wish it wasn't another long distance call.

I'm interested in this. Two years ago, I had trouble retrieving some online. I think the issue was that they were booked under my home phone, whereas my online profile has my cell phone. But, even after I put my home phone number online, I couldn't see them. I'm thinking I'm going to delete my cell phone from my online profile, to avoid confusion.

So glad it worked out!! It's such an unsettling feeling when we're unsure about our ADR's after making a point to book so far in advance!

Just an update on my problem :) in case anyone finds it helpful: all is well now, but I had to call Disney to confirm the reservations and then I had to call back again (yes, that's TWO international calls!! :sad2:) to tech support to deal with why my reservations weren't appearing on the website. Long story short, they had to create a whole new account for me (apparently my living outside the US freaks out their site :confused3) using my US mailing address and then voila! ALL of my reservations magically appeared. :thumbsup2
