I had posted earlier about not being able to click at Prima due to them saying that my IP address was credited for the day already when I had not been to their site yet. Today, I had the same problem at CTTM. Long story short -- I found a website that explained briefly about IP addresses and it will give you your computer's IP address. Somehow, each time you sign-on you get a new address. I re-started my computer, signed back on to AOL and checked my address. Sure enough, I had a new one and am now able to do my clicks at CTTM! I'm not a computer guru so I really don't understand the how and why but I thought if anybody else was having the same problem they might try this.

Good Luck!!

you actually do not have to restart your computer to get a new IP addy.Just log off the internet and back on this should change your IP.Unless you have cable. Then I am afraid I don't have a clue.

My cable modem service has a first aid program where you can release and renew your IP if needed - gives it a nice recharge when things aren't working well instead of restarting computer.
