I'm planning my first solo trip, I was thinking of Disney but I had such a great time at RPR over Christmas I'm very tempted to go back but on my own. Do you think I'll have a good time at the RPR and the Universal parks by myself or do you think it's better to do Disney if going solo?

Thanks

I went Solo to Universal in the Summertime... I was there for 3 days 2 nights... I had alot of fun.. but I would only stay one night next time solo...With the FOL thing.. you ride sooo much.. that you can do everything and then some in a shorter amount of time! Disney is a place that I feel I can stay for days and days solo .. I am just more comfortable in Disney. I am planning a trip right now.. and want to include some solo time in Universal again... Just my opinion! Have fun!

Depends on whether you want to save money or not, and when you want to go back.
You can easily book the value resorts at Disney for about $109 a night. The RPR is over $200, and all this depends on when you visit.

I'd probably book the RPR for at least one night, which gets you 2 days of FOTL. If you really like the RPR, then go for 2 nights, and visit SWF one of the days.

When I go solo, I visit at least 2 parks each day. One in the morning, one at night. So in reality, you could still see the Disney parks.
If you rent a car, you could even drive the 75 miles to BGT, because in May, they'll have a new coaster.

Although I loved RPR I think I'm going to have to do Disney, there's more there that I would like to see and do. I won't be driving so I think as well Disney might be easier.
