I decided to treat myself to a short solo Disney trip! I will be there from dec. 13-16. Does any one have any suggestions on how to make the most out of being a solo traveler or some tips to avoid any awkwardness I may encounter? Anyone else going the same time that may possibly want to meet up? Any advice/tips/recommendations are greatly welcomed! I have been to Disney maybe 20 times but never alone!

I'll be there the 13th my flights at night! honestly the best tips are don't think of it being akward and don't be afraid to talk to people. I made friends with people on line all the time last year and on all my rides it's nice to do what you want at your own pace. I even dined alone and it was funny nothing akward people are so consumed in the magic lol they don't even notice

sounds perfect! I had no plans lol I was just going to park hop all day cause my flights not till like 10 pm

I have been to DL hundreds of times and am taking my first solo trip next week for 3 days. My nieces are in a recital on Sunday, and live down there, so I had to add days to check out the Season of the Force.
I plan on seeing Aladdin, doing the BB F! package (that may be a little weird, but I do not care) and plan on spending a lot of time in TL.
Have fun!

I have no problem with solo rides as I've had to go solo on a few in the past when I was the only one in the group wanting to ride. Just curious what restaurants may be best for someone dining alone. Boma is my favorite and I really want to go when I am there but might feel like a dork sitting alone.

Have eaten a few times at Boma solo - it is not a problem for me. So think you will be fine. Now if you are talking about breakfast - love their breakfast - now live about an hour away - so could definitely join you.

Hey Erica, I will be there today and tomorrow. Message me, maybe we can meet up. (I will be solo)
