Solo traveller looking for buddy to Mickys Xmas party Nov 19th

Never been to WDW and going solo, really fancy the Mickys Xmas party but would love to find a buddy or lots of buddies for Tuesday 19th November.

Hi, Jemma. to the DIS! This is certainly the right place to find travel buddies. I've met up with a few posters on here and we've had a great time touring the parks or just hanging out. It seems quiet from time to time on this section of the board, but there are lots of regular posters. I am actually eyeing maybe going to an MVMCP this year, but I am not sure when it will be. Wish I could join you but thought I would put my two cents in: I went to MVMCP solo in 2016. It was still a lot of fun but definitely not as magical as being there with others. Because Disney is a place where people go together, it isn't as easy to make conversation/meet people as other solo trips I've taken. Most people I encountered were only interested in interacting with the people they came with so it made waiting in line for rides pretty lonely. Like I said, I still had fun (it's WDW after all!) but I definitely am crossing my fingers you will find some buddies (which should be pretty easy on the DIS!).
