Solo Dining Plan

What does everyone think of these restraunts? I'm going for ten days in Oct by myself.

California Grill
Artist Point
1900 Park Fare - Breakfast, and possibly dinner if I can't get into CRT.
CRT - Breakfast or lunch, also possibly dinner
Akershus - Any meal
Tony's Town Square and Coral Reef - Lunch or Dinner
Crystal Palace - Any Meal
Rainforest Cafe - Lunch or Dinner
Boma - Dinner and possibly breakfast
Ohana - Dinner and possibly breakfast
Liberty Tree Tavern - Dinner, and possibly lunch
Hollywood & Vine - Dinner, probably w/ Fantasmic seating
Brown Derby - Lunch or Dinner


Other possibilities

Plaza Restaurant, Chef Mickey's, Flying Fish, Spoodles, Palio, and Kona

I want to do at least one sit down meal a day. Any suggestions on which meal I should eat at which restaurant? Also what are good places for breakfast?

I don't really care about prices, I hardly ever get to go to WDW, so I want to eat whatever, and not worry about money at all.

I'm planning on doing a lot of sampling at the food and wine festival, and also doing the Party for the Senses one night also.

I think your plan sounds great! You might want to consider doing CRT at lunch or dinner instead of breakfast. It's pretty hard to get the ressie for breakfast.
I have a friend who loves Donalds Breakfastasaurus and Cape May Breakfast Buffet.
Palio smells wonderful but I've yet to get to eat there.... One of these days..
Also at the Dolphin is Fresh! It's very good!
