I know your world cause i suffer from anxiety attacks. I'm trying to put a solo trip together 4/1-4/9. I need my Disney fix where there is no emotional pain. Also I want to and need to prove I can do it. I use to be a very independent person until this happened. I made the trip with the dh in oct and did great but something happened in dec that caused me to go backwards.So i figured with this trip I will work hard and be a victor and not a victim. So if you have any suggestions on how to get my brain to be good bring them on!!!
