Sold out of 60th anniversary ears :(

I am so sad! We were at the parks last week and they were sold out of the 60th Anniversary ears all week! (The blue ones with the silver ears) They kept saying they were expecting more any day, but didn't get them in by the time we left. We even tried to sneak into the window display at World of Disney and take the ones off the mannequin but no luck LOL Looks like I may be resorting to Ebay

Did you get the number for merchandise services? You can also try a third party shop like Mouseshoppe. They can personalize ears.

Are you planning on going back at some point during the 60th anniversary celebration? As you mentioned, they should be getting them back in stock because they aren't a limited edition item. If you aren't going back, you can try contacting Merchandise Guest Services to see if they can mail order you a pair (I don't know if they'll do custom embroidery on the mail order items).

We were accidentally there during the 50th, and had NO idea. Clueless. I'm going to blame nursing-brain. Later on I saw a pair of 50th anniv ears, I think on ebay, and got 'em. I was happy about that.
