Since disney does not have anything on line --MArch 13 I guess it is sold out is that caorrect?

I have found that sometimes the DCL site will show no rooms available, but agencies like Dreams and All Seas will have rooms. Also, the number of people in your group (and ages of your children, if any) can sometimes affect your ability to book a room. For example, if there are 4 people in your group, and the only rooms remaining sleep a maximum of 3, then there will not be a room for you. Also, if ther kids clubs have maxed out on a certain age group, and you have children are in that age grouping, then you may not be able to book a room because there is no space in the kids clubs. One way to find out if the cruise is indeed sold out is to try making a reservation with different numbers of people and/or ages of children in your group. You may find, for example, that a room for 3 people, or a room for 4 people including 2 teenagers is available, while a room for 4 people with younger children is not. Good luck

Just an add on to the other question.

DCL will automatically include a child in their clubs even before a child has signed up?

Other words my son won't have to worry about not being able to get in to the club for his age group?

We're traveling March 13th (4 days)

Tks.

Yes, every child is "counted" when making ressies. Even if you your child never step foot into the clubs.
That is why somtimes while there may be staterooms avail, but not avail for a family with kids of certain age since the clubs are full according to their tally in each of the age groups.

Every kid will be able to go the clubs on board, if they wishes to...

A cruise may not show up for several reasons.

Some TAs buy up blocks of cabins. Thus, DCL will not show those cabins in their inventory, although they may be available for sale thru All Seasons Travel, Dreams Unlimited, AAA, or whoever. There seems to be some sort of system where DCL can ultimately recoup any of these that go unsold, but I don't know how/when that works.

Also, as stated above, as soon as you book a ressie for a child, DCL holds a space for that child in the appropriate club/lab group. When a group is full, they won't issue any more ressies for a child of that age. You can follow this by going to the DCL web site and making a ressie for 3 adults (it will show up if available.) Then try the same dates for 2 adults and whatever age child--if it doesn't show up as available, you know it is because that age group is full.

Same thing if you try to book a family of 4 and they only have 3 person cabins available.

If you are sure that you want that date and only that date, check several travel sites, and keep checking back on the DCL site. It is always possible that someone will have to cancel and will open up exactly the cabin you need.
