I was wondering how many park tickets my husband can buy at SOG? Can he buy them for our extended family, or just his dependents? We will be traveling with my parent's, and my sister's family.
Thanks in advance............
I am not sure what the policy is, but on past trips I have been able to purchase passes for my dependents and also for my extended family (mom, brother, brother's fiancee, sister) who were staying at SOG with us.
Check around on the internet though. I've gotton better deals through Paramount in the past then SOG. Check and see if your base sells tickets, these are sometimes lower than SOG.
We took my brother and his family as well as a close friend and her family in June 2001. We booked three rooms. We went to get the passes together, ours was the only military ID, and they let my brother and my friend pay for their own familys' passes with credit cards because they were in our party and our guests. My husband or I had to be present with our military IDs.
Don't know if the policy is the same now or not, but you may want to call the 888 number and ask.
It's nice to hear from other military families!
We usually buy our tickets from MWR before we leave, and have never had a problem buying for other family or frinds.
I'm excited about seeing SOG again too. We usually have dinner there one night, and my DH like to golf there.
