SOG guests per room?

We have two rooms booked for Oct, but it looks like some in our group are now unable to attend. We are now left with 4 adults and 2 kids (10,4). The policy states max 5 guests per standard room. Does anyone know if this is 5 adults max, or 5 people total regardless of age? Thanks.

5 people age 3 or over if it is the same as the other Disney resorts.

I'm pretty sure it's 5 max (probably not including infants/babies in cribs), but you should call just to make sure.

With 4 adults and 2 kids you may want to look into the junior suits, they may be better for your party size.

If not, maybe two connecting rooms would be the way to go.
