SOG - Does DoD Have to Stay there?

Me and the fiance will be getting married at the "world" next year and was thinking maybe our parents could stay at SOG since he's in the ARMY. If he booked two-three rooms with his ID would we have to pay for it, since he wouldn't be staying there or would they take each parent's credit card? Thanks for the help!

The sponser (ID card holder) must be staying at SOG when guest of him/her are staying there. The guest can pay themselves. (my parents used there credit card when they were my guest)
