SOG adr question

Hi! As I approach my 180 day mark I am wondering if I am allowed to make dining reservations for my entire trip, noting that I am doing a split stay with the first half at SOG 8/5-8/10 and the second half at poly 8/10-8/15. I want to try as early as possible since I am DYING to try BOG for dinner! Does anyone know if I have to try one day at a time or can book for my entire stay starting on the first date available? Hope my question is clear! thank you!
