There is never one universal setting— depends on the light. Cloudy or sunny? In the shadows or light?
What lens? What focal length? What’s your maximum aperture?
Generally speaking:
-servo autofocus
-maximum aperture of your lens if it’s a zoom lens. (Go with 2.8 on a prime)
-auto iso
-get shutter speed as high as possible without raising your ISO too high. Aim for at least 1/800. But if there is enough light, get it up to 1/2000.
