Soft openings?

Are there usually soft openings when a ride is coming off a refurbishment? I see Space Mountain is no longer on the closure list starting on May 7. We're leaving on May 3, any chance we may see a soft opening and be able to ride?

They do have soft openings, so you could be lucky.

Sometime they're just for staff and their families though.
