It isn't replacing anything. The soundstage that used to be there was vacant for many years. It used to house Herc and Xena way back.

They will set up a special entrance for passholders to enter the attraction. Each person must then show their AP for entrance. They've done previews several different ways over the years for Revenge of the Mummy, The Simpsons and now Transformers. I didn't go to the preview for Despicable Me. We'll have to wait and see what they are planning to do.

Not sure...sometimes they include the Power Pass sometimes they don't. We'll know more next week.

The previews would be before 6/20.

Yeah...the Passport newsletter said passholder ride times would be announced on 5/28 which is next Tuesday...can't wait to hear!

A girl I work with was there last night since her husband worked on it. He and their son rode it (after an hour wait) and said it was absolutely amazing!

It would be shocking if the ride is not in softs starting tonight. Then look for softs starting most nights until park close followed by it going into full day "technical rehearsals" until June 20th.

I would think your chances are excellent. I mean...the grand opening is the next day so I'm sure they will be in technical rehearsals until then. Just remember it may or may not be open when you're visiting...just keep checking and maybe you'll get lucky.

We will be there this weekend. My fingers are crossed that there are soft openings while we are there. My boys are HUGE Transformers fan. Actually, they love anything not princess related, which is why Universal is always perfect for us

If anything, the store's super cool and you can always get your picture taken with Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, and Megatron. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you though.
