I have seen reports of fast passes being issued, but that is probably after the hard opening.

We did pandora dvc & ap mid May last year

There will be announcements or threads as to sign up dates/times if offered

Well, for Pandora last May there were special days before the regular opening for AP holders and DVC members.

Time permitting. A number of insiders claim they're going to be cutting it close to make the June 30 date.
