Does anyone know if there will be soft opening dates for the new rides at DLRP? Are they a common occurrance at Disney and are they only for AP holders?

Usually they are only for AP holders and Shareholders, but, from time to time, they test rides opening them for one or two days, everyone can enjoy them. At least, that's what they did with Buzz Lightyear

It'll be interesting to see....I'm heading back in mid-April and am praying that the Cars and Nemo rides might just be possibles....I doubt it but you can hope! :cool1:

I seem to remember 12th June as being the official opening date, but can't remember where I read that with soft openings the fortnight before.:)

My friend works in travel and was invited to stay for FREE at DLH weekend 24th & 25th March. She is unable to go and so doesn't have full details - she is sure it was to preview new parades, but not sure about rides.

Seems to me like anyone going that weekend may be in for a surprise or 2. May also be busier than usual if "the travel industry" has been invited.:cool1:

According to http://www.dlrpmagic.com/ wil have a "soft opening" for the full parade on the 31st March, a day before the official start.

I know the shareholders are going to be told of the "soft openings" of The Cars ride and Crushers coaster, nearer the launch day according to the newsletter.

Im sure that the shareholders will keep us up to date, when the info is released to them, won't they?!!!
