Sofia the First Crest?

Hello! I am trying to learn how to make some things, and wondering if anyone can direct me where I would find a blank Sofia the First crest? Specifically looking for the one that says "Disney" at the top with the crown and it says Sofia the First inside, but I want it to be blank so I can add my own names.
Thank you for any suggestions- didn't find it through a google search...

Disney Sofia logo Bing search shows the logo...but a little hard to remove the writing as it goes into the border

I have one I made. Because I made the tag part it is not exact. I do not post blanks but I am happy to personalize it.
