I know non-alcoholic drinks are included in the dining plan. Do you get free refills, or is it just one glass? Also, can you order any of their "fancy" non-alcoholic drinks, or just soda, lemonade, etc.?

We got free refills of fountain drinks - soda, coffee, tea, lemonade at every TS restaurant.

As far as the "fancier" non-alcoholic drinks that will depend on the restaurant. At some of the Disney owned venues they will let you order milk shakes, smoothies (usually no refills) and virgin cocktails as your drink. At the third party (non-Disney owned) restaurants they are far less likely to allow it because they are re-imbursed according to the parameters of the dining plan.

The best thing to do is ask your server whenever you see something you would like to order that isn't a fountain drink.
