Soda tasting stations???

Hey - I remember seeing something on (I think) the Travel channel about Dinsey - where theres a place you can go to taste all different kinds of soda and drinks and such from around the world. I was just wondering if anyone had done this, and where it is? I'm pretty sure it was WDW, but not 100% sure - can anyone clear this one up for me??

Yes! It is at MK at a place called something like Cool Spot. It looks like a store, but you go in & they have the soda machines that you taste all the different ones. Very fun! I'm sure someone will have the exact info for you.

Actually it's at Epcot. As you face the world showcase it's on the right hand side at Club Cool. Close to the fountain.

We always stop in but never really spend that much time there.

Oh and try the Beverly! It's the best!!!

It's a great spot to refresh yourself at EPCOT. Everyone should try Beverly at least once.

They are served in little tiny dixie cups. Its a fun stop - one of my kids favorites. Its run by Coke and is really a Coke gift shop. It is along the main drag (by Innoventions) but enough of a side trip that we don't usually get in more than once or twice a trip). And yes, free (but not Coke, you pay for Coke - you can have all the Beverly you want, though).

Note that Beverly tastes like Campari (a bitter liqueur). While its fun to spring it on unsuspecting adults - it can be a miserable experience for a kid. My kids are particularly fond of the apple flavored soda.

They all made me I begged for "the real thing" to wash it down but they didn't have any......so straight to a water fountain for me. UGH !

I was so disappointed! What is the big deal? Then she kicked in - WOW! That is the nastiest aftertaste. We were told the drink inspires the appetite. Not so sure about that.

My 3yo daughter tried the Beverly by mistake and started screaming, 2 CM's came running over to see what was going on, she was so upset. Of course, everyone in the place stopped and looked at her. One of the CM's got her a drink to make her stop screaming LOL- I mean to help ease the pain of the drink.
