Social studies project at EPCOT?

Our 4th grader has a social studies project due a month after our Disney trip. Trying to think of someway to incorporate EPCOT into that - we will be there during food & wine, so thinking of something in that realm? Has anyone done this before? Thanks!

Talk with CMs (I'm assuming those working the F&WF would be more knowledgeable) about their country's or even region's signature foods and WHY they are so. Do they eat fish because they're near the sea? How is traditional Norwegian fish prepared vs. traditional Japanese fish, vs. traditional Chinese? Why is spice such a focus with Moroccan food? Have fun with it, I bet your child could learn a lot if you help them think of the right questions and facilitate the conversation.
