If you order the CityPass on Costco.com by March 16th there is free shipping. While you can’t use most credit cards in Costco stores, you can use them online and get mileage credit, etc. If this is part of your plan anyway, then doing this now can save a few dollars.

Checked this earlier, and it is a great rate and saves a lot. Even if you aren't a member and they add the 5%, it is still much better than anywhere else, although being a member it is sooo inexpensive.

Read before using them. A CM at another site posted on these passes and said that you must have the book and the coupon together and that technically the coupon is void if detached. So, make sure you have the coupon still in the book when you turn it in. It is a good savings.
