Soarin'not using all concourses?

I thought since they added the third concourse that lines for Soarin'would be more manageable. We have been in the fastpass line for 30 minutes with quite a ways to go. The regular line is 180 min. and I just noticed they aren't using g the third concourse. Is this normal?

I guess they might be having technical issues today then, only two were open. It was 40 min. wait in fastpass in total.

they were using all three saturday maybe something broke and they had to shut one down for a bit is all I can think of

I am not sure, but I do know that about an hour after we rode it the wait time for the standby line went down to just 45 minutes, so there must have been some sort of technical issue or they got more staff in and opened the other concourse. I did notice there was virtually no good choices for a 4th fastpass by noon, and that has not happened any other time of the year or trip that we have taken here. I refreshed over and over throughout the afternoon and was never able to find any other top tier fastpasses available after noon.

When we were there this summer (after the third theater opened and before the new film), the group RIGHT in front of us got stuck in the third theater.....IN.THE.AIR......for a good 20-30 minutes. I would have passed out from fear! lol....

If you have patience and refresh often enough they'll show up. I got Soarin twice and TT once a week ago Sunday. It's a bit of luck but you never know. You usually won't have choices of times - almost every time just a single time would pop up but they showed!

Normally that is my experience, but no amount of patience was bringing them up today. I tried for over 20 minutes on 3-4 different occasions and nothing. Still had a great day in the park though.

Capacity scaling? ......nice eveyone still thinks its just techincal....

Seems to me these waits are acceptable to WdW now....been monitoring all week and 100-180 minute standbys are definetly common last two weeks.
