Just back from a week at Beach Club Villas so if this has been posted already, I'm sorry for the repeat. We rode Soaring 5 or 6 times and it is incredible! If you don't want to know where the hidden mickeys are, don't read any further! (scroll down)

1st one- on the golf ball- look fast!
2nd one- in the fireworks
3rd one if you count Mickey himself!

:disrocks:

Kewllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

I'll have to look for them while "hanging from Soarin'"

Thanks for the tip! I'll be on the lookout for them! :earsboy:

Saw the one on the golf course the first time on the ride (went three times). Did not see the one in the fireworks. Will have to remember that for our Sept trip!

saw the fireworks one
didn't see the golfball one though
maybe thats because i was too busy ducking from it
the ride is great
i love the part with the waves it just makes you want to lift your legs up
i also love the smells although on our 3rd time i smelt the orange groves a second too early :(

How high up is the lowest row of seats? I understand there are three rows, one above the other. So, how high is the lowest one? :confused3

The top of the lowest row is (I'm estimating) about 12 to 15 feet below the top of the highest row.

And the lower row is about 20 feet from the lowest part of the screen (which actually goes a bit below the show floor.
The screen is a moderatley concave and (mostly) round on the sides and bottom.

As views go, other than being able to see the other guests in your row and above and/or below you (if you choose to look) the film is shot in such a way as to present virtually the same experience to all riders at once.
(Think of a standard movie theater. As you become "engrossed" in the film, the fact that you are watching a "screen on the wall" fades and you are only aware of the movie experience... even if you are seated near the rear of the room.)

So even if you are afraid of heights, you would not be much "worse/better-off" in any of the rows.

This is not designed to be a "scary thrill-ride" in the "amusement park" tradition.

There are a couple of very small "bumps" built-in that may "wiggle" you a few INCHES, but its just "amusing" as opposed to being "jarring".

It is very pleasant, SMOOTH, entertaining and relaxing for nearly every age group (as long as one is tall enough).

LOL..I was just the opposite. I saw the fireworks and haven't been able to spot the one in the golf scene. AND, I've ridden it eight times already! DOH!

this is the best ride ever! I love it!
Now I have to go ride it again to look for the hidden mickey in the golf course!
