Soarin ??????

I must live in a cave !!!!

I know Soarin is new to WDW. but I have no idea what it actually is


Is it an actual ride or is it a simulator? Someone told me it is like the old Eastern Wings.

Can someone pleasssseeeee let me know what it really is ?

It's an IMAX movie that offers sights and smells of the west coast. You "soar" in a hang glider type seat which moves with the movie. There are two hidden Mickeys in the movie and I only found one.

It's a cool ride.

It is an awesome ride!!! It simulates hang gliding over California. You can find other threads here about everyones experience with Soarin. You are in a seat with a wing over your head and are raised in the air in front of an IMAX screen. You really feel like you are hang gliding. There are wonderful smells as you fly over certain areas.
